Test it on your old tickets before it touches a new one
AI writes the reply.
You press send.
Wilph reads your own website and drafts an answer to every support email, chat message and DM — order tracking, returns, sizing, stock. Your team approves it. Nothing goes out on its own.
Nothing sends itself
Wilph writes the draft and somebody on your team presses send. There is no setting that changes that, on any plan.
Answers from your own site
It reads your delivery, returns and product pages. When they don't cover the question it says so and hands the ticket over, instead of inventing an answer.
Judge it on tickets you've already answered
Upload an export of past support mail and read Wilph's draft beside the reply your team actually sent at the time.
Built for US shipping
UPS, FedEx, USPS, ShipStation and Shippo connect directly. A reply about a late parcel quotes the status the carrier is reporting right then, not a link to go and look.
Four steps from forwarded inbox to first draft
You decide what the AI is allowed to touch, and you see it answer your own past tickets before it answers a live one.
Connect your stack
Forward your support inbox and connect your shop, carriers, and payment provider. Most setups take an afternoon.
Teach it your policies
Your return window, your tone, your escalation rules. The agent works from your process, not a generic script.
Check it against your own history
Upload a sample of past support mail and Wilph drafts a reply to each one, beside the answer your team actually sent. Judge it on your tickets, not a demo.
Decide what it may touch
Tag by tag, mark what the AI drafts for and what it must never see. A person still presses send on every reply that leaves.

Straight answers, before you book anything
- Does Wilph reply to my customers on its own?
- No. Wilph writes the draft and a person on your team presses send. There is no path in the product that sends a ticket reply unattended, and the tag settings only widen or narrow what it is allowed to draft for.
- Where do the answers come from?
- Your own website. Wilph crawls your shop — delivery and returns pages, FAQs, product pages — and answers from what it finds there. If your site does not cover a question, it says so and hands the ticket to a human instead of guessing.
- Can I see how good it is before I trust it with real customers?
- Yes, and it is the step we recommend first. Upload an export of your past support mail and Wilph drafts a reply to each conversation beside the answer your team actually sent at the time. You judge it on your own tickets before it touches a live one.
- Which channels does Wilph answer on?
- Email, the live chat widget on your storefront, Instagram DMs and Facebook Messenger. All four read the same crawled pages and the same written policies, so an answer does not change depending on where the customer asked.
- Where do order and tracking details come from?
- Two places, in order. Your store says which order this is, what was in it, and the tracking number it handed over — Wilph reads that from Shopify as it drafts. Then the carrier says where that parcel actually is: connect UPS, FedEx, USPS, ShipStation or Shippo and a reply quotes the live status and the carrier's own delivery estimate. Without a carrier connected you still get the tracking number; you just don't get where it is.
- What do I have to set up before it works?
- Forward your support inbox to the address Wilph gives you, and point it at your website so it can read your pages. Connecting your store, carriers and payment provider is optional and makes order-specific answers possible.
